As of December 31, 2025, all units have been upgraded with new outdoor breaker panels. Zinsco breaker panels were part of the original construction of most, if not all, units.
Cross Wired Electrical has agreed to charge $1,800 for any owner in our HOA who needs to upgrade their unit breaker panel. You can email kim@crosswiredelectrical.com or call (863) 899-0044 to get things set up. These upgrades are also comlete.
The HOA is also upgrading the master meter on each building. Below is the plan
