Owner Registration

Each year the unit’s owner(s) must complete an Owner Registration form. The Board is required to collect and maintain information on the form. The Owner Registration form must be resubmitted every 12 months, even if there are no changes.

While completing the form you will be asked to attach proof of insurance. Homeowners who live inside their homes must have an HO-3 policy and those with tenants must have a DP-3 policy.

Those with pets or service animals must register them. It is part of the owner registration form.
