COVID-19 Temporary Amenity Rules

All amenities (basketball court, clubhouse, fitness center, play area, pools) are open with some restrictions. The only units that have access are those in good standing with amenity access.

Anyone caught violating any of the following rules will be fined and lose amenity privileges for one calendar month. The $50 reactivation fee will need to be paid before access will be restored. If you have any questions, please email HOA@grovehomeowners.com
